New Seoul Hotel Myeongdong

The location of this hotel was perfect for my new year's trip! It was conveniently situated near city center shopping areas and the subway station, making it super easy to explore the city and shop till I dropped. The fact that there were lots of restaurants and cafés around was a major plus, as I always had plenty of dining options just steps away. I loved that the room had a real window that could be opened, allowing fresh air to flow in.

We were initially disappointed when we discovered that the air conditioning in our room wasn't working. The hotel staff, however, quickly addressed the issue and offered us a transfer to a new room. They were efficient and helpful throughout the process, ensuring that we had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with plenty of nearby cafes and shops. Despite the initial hiccup, overall I would still recommend this hotel for its great service and location.

The hotel is conveniently located near City Hall subway station, making it easy to explore the central area of Seoul. It is also close to the mall and within walking distance of the popular shopping district of Myeongdong. With its prime location, guests have easy access to various attractions and amenities in the city.

Even though the bed was a little small, it was very lovely stay. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city center and it was a great experience. the hotel's location near the City Hall subway station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I was able to easily access all the major attractions just by taking a short walk. Additionally, the hotel staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained, and I particularly appreciated having a room with a window for some natural light, even though the view was limited. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and having breakfast included was a nice bonus.

In terms of improvements, there was only one minor issue that I noticed. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, especially under the bed.
